How long does the Morrison’s Toy Sale last?
Unlike some other supermarkets who advertise a clear end date, Morrison’s toy sale is while stocks last. This means it could vary from a few days to a couple of weeks, and could be different from store to store. If you want to maximise the offers available, it’s a good idea to visit as close to the announced start date as possible.
What Toys Will Be on Sale?
It is impossible to say exactly which toys will be on sale, but looking at the existing lines they stock can give some indication of the brands that could be included.
Morrisons stocks a wide range of toys, including dolls, action figures, board games and puzzles. In the past, the sale has featured toys from popular brands such as Lego, Barbie, V Tech and Paw Patrol.
To make the most of the sale, shoppers can check out Morrisons’ website or visit their local store to view the available toys and plan their shopping list.
Is the Morrison’s Toy Sale Online?
Yes, you will be able to access the toy sale online, although there may be a bigger and better selection in store. Remember, online you are accessing the same products as everyone else nationally so there is a much greater chance of the stock selling out quickly compared to going into a local store.
Can I return purchases I made in the Morrison’s Toy Sale?
Yes, you can return toy sale purchases within an unused condition to your local store within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase will be needed. See the full return policy here.
Tips to get the best Deals in the Morrison’s Toy Sale
Earn points with your Morrisons More Card
It makes sense to swipe your Morrison’s More card during your toy sale shopping so you can earn More points. See the following link for full details of the Morrison’s More Loyalty scheme.
List and track your toy purchases
Get organised before the sale even starts by making a list of what you’re looking out for. This could be just the general brands, such as Lego or Barbie. Make sure you make a note of the full price and do a quick online comparison with other toy retailers.
This will help you save time and stay focused on finding what you need when the sale actually starts, as well as if the sale price is actually a bargain or not.
After your purchase, make sure you keep a record of what you have bought, who it is for and how much it cost so you can easily keep track. It can be so easy to end up overbuying for Christmas, especially if you are starting early, and end up negating any savings from the sales!
Fortunately you can do all of this and more with this FREE Debt Free Christmas Planner featuring 15 pages to help you stay organised and have a debt free Christmas. Download yours for FREE by filling in the form on this page and get instant access.

Make the most of the Buy One Get One Free offer
Unlike Tesco and Sainsbury’s Toy Sales that offer a percentage discount on individual items, Morrison’s BOGOF offer means you get the cheaper priced item for free. You need to be strategic to make this work to your advantage. For example, if you are buying a toy for £30 there’s no point getting something for free that’s only £7.99.
On the other hand, there is little point in buying a more expensive toy you don’t want just to make a bigger saving. Are there any toys you could buy for a future birthday, for example? You could also arrange with a friend to pool your purchases so you can share a bigger saving on the more expensive toys.
Using the BOGOF offer on the cheaper toys is also a great way to stock up on smaller presents for school friend’s birthdays or toy donations.
Use Cashback apps
One way to save even more money during the Morrisons Toy Sale is by using cashback websites like Quidco and TopCashback.
At the time of writing, Quidco offers £4.50 cashback at Morrisons for existing customers, and 2.25% cashback on existing customer purchases. This would mean you would need to purchase your sale items online of course.
In a similar fashion, TopCashback offers £5.10 cashback for new customers spending a minium of £40, and 2.55% cashback for existing Morrison’s customers.
Cashback app offers change frequently so be sure to check the app ahead of time.
