When is the next Tesco 25% off F&F Clothing Sale?

Tesco tend to hold their 25% off all clothing sales several times a year in addition to smaller sales on selected ranges. They are usually for 3 days only, typically starting on Thursdays until the Sunday.

The next predicted date in line with last year’s dates is Thursday 25th May 2023 – Sunday 28th May 2023.

Which items are discounted in the Tesco F&F clothing sale?

Tesco clothing have several smaller sales throughout the year where only specific ranges may be discounted, however the 25% off all clothing sales have a discount across all ranges, which is one reason why they are so popular.

Do I need a Clubcard to shop in the Tesco F&F clothing sales?

Yes – as of 2021, only Clubcard holders are eligible to purchase sale items. However, it is quick, easy and completely free to sign up.

Can I access the F&F clothing sale online?

No, the 25% off sales are only available in Tesco stores. Surprisingly, you cannot buy F&F clothing online via Tesco, even full price! Instead, a selection of items from the range are displayed on the website so you can see prices and what is available, but you have to visit a store to buy.

If you do want to purchase F&F clothing online, you can now do so via the Next website. However, the 25% off sale prices are in-store only.

Follow F&F on social media

F&F have a Facebook, Instagram and Twitter account, so you can keep up to date with any sale announcements and other special offers. This page has links to all 3 social channels.

Collect Clubcard points

As stated above, you need a Clubcard in order to access the sale prices, but in doing so you will accumulate Clubcard points that can then be redeemed on a number of rewards. In line with Tesco groceries, you can earn 1 point per £1 spent on F&F clothing.

F&F Clothing Cashback

Currently, Airtime Rewards offers 5% cashback on in-store purchases at Tesco. There is nothing in the T&Cs to say that this excludes clothing, so it is worth a try if you are purchasing something anyway.

The great thing about Airtime Rewards is once you have registered a bank card, cashback will automatically be applied at eligible stores. So simply shop as normal with a registered card and if the clothing purchase is eligible, the cashback will be applied automatically.

Look for coupons and offers in the free Tesco Magazine

Occasionally, there have been money off F&F coupons in the Tesco magazine. As this is completely free, it’s worth picking one up in store before you head to the clothing section to see if there are any offers to compliment the items you were going to buy anyway.

Get 10% off F&F clothing with a free month of Clubcard Plus

Tesco have recently launched the paid subscription service Clubcard Plus, which is £7.99 a month. However, currently you can get a one month free trial.

While I wouldn’t advise signing up solely to save 10% on F&F clothing (unless you have done the maths and it is going to be worth it for you), you could time the free trial to coincide with any F&F purchases you are likely to make. Just don’t forget to cancel before your free trial expires!

Make a list of what you need beforehand

For any sale, it can be easy to get carried away buying items you don’t actually need just because they are a bargain. I used to be a serial offender for this! Similarly, you can kick yourself for forgetting to look in a certain section and then remembering afterwards you needed beachwear for an upcoming holiday, for example.

For this reason, it’s a good idea to keep a list of things you need so that you can look out for them as and when sales happen. I find this is particularly useful to keep track of the items my kids need, or if you have an event or holiday coming up and are on the lookout for specific items. I use the notes app on my phone to make my list so I know I will always have it when out and about.

Don’t buy items you don’t need just to qualify for an offer

I have a name for this – Freebie FOMO – fear of missing out on a bargain! Of course, there are definitely times when it makes sense to buy an extra item in order to get a bigger discount. But just be mindful of whether the offer is actually worthwhile to you.

If you find yourself buying things you don’t actually want just to save a percentage off – when it would have cost you less just to stick with your original purchase – then definitely walk away!
